We've already achieved about 30% conversion rate through heat drying, and by boiling the mushrooms, you can increase the conversion rate up to 60%.
- 1 cup (250ml) distilled water
- Dried amanita muscaria powder
- Small pot or container
- Stove or heat source
- Timer
- Filter (coffee filter works)
- Pour 1 cup (250ml) of distilled water into the pot.
- Add dried amanita muscaria powder
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes.
